Matthew Southgate
Managing Director
Matthew is our Managing Director, and has operated the business for over 10 years. From one man at his desk to an entire team of employees, Matthew has grown and developed the business to what it is today, with over 300 satisfied clients and a team of hardworking staff.
When he’s not running Ghost, Matthew has a yacht which he sails around the country, and even as far as the Mediterranean. He also enjoys kayaking and teaching others to kayak.
Lesley Southgate
Office Manager
Lesley is the Ghost Office Manager and has been working for Ghost since the beginning.
When Lesley’s not at work, she’s spending time working on her two allotments, which generally do very well, meaning there’s no need to buy soft fruit and vegetables.
She has 3 black rock chickens, called Princess, Betty and Daffy, and when time permits, patching and baking are her other hobbies. Lesley’s overriding passion is Geocaching – Yes, spending her days looking for Tupperware boxes hidden around the country, using a GPS. She has discovered a whopping 15,000 Geocaches.
Mitchell Southgate
Network Manager
Mitchell is our Network Manager and has been working for Ghost since March 2018. He is in charge of maintaining the Ghost IT infrastructure at our Tier-2 and Tier-3 Data Centres throughout Essex and Hertfordshire.
Luke Day
IT Support Technician
Luke is one of Ghost’s IT Support Technicians, and has been part of the team since February 2018. Luke supports the Ghost customers both remotely over the telephone, and with scheduled and reactive onsite support.
Luke likes coffee and is passionate about his car, which he loves to show off in. He does obey all speed limits whilst doing this.
Before working at Ghost, Luke was an IT Support Technician in the Education industry. He has worked in IT for over 8 years, and has always had an interest in the field.
Dawn Diett
IT Technician / IT Compliance Officer
Dawn is an IT Support Technician and our IT Compliance Officer and has been working at the company since November 2018.
Dawn has come from an NHS background, and has operated the IT helpdesk for both hospitals and hospices, and was responsible for their Information Governance and any incident investigating.
In her spare time, Dawn likes to spend it with her family and her granddaughter – who gets whatever she wants from her nanny! Dawn is also a black belt in Karate and has trained for many years. She has even be involved and included in a book which is about Karate, which is her claim to fame!
Tyler Christmas
Digital Marketer
Tyler is a Digital Marketer at Ghost, and has been part of the team since joining in June 2018. Tyler works alongside Raj in the Marketing Team, and helps to promote the company both online and offline.
In his spare time, Tyler enjoys watching movies and all types of sport, as well as seeing his favourite team Tottenham Hotspur – whenever he can.
Before joining Ghost and becoming a Digital Marketer, Tyler studied Business at college, but always had aspirations of working in marketing.
